Enjoy a classical mat pilates class in our strawbale and clay plaster barn with gorgeous views of South Mountain. Pilates improves flexibility, builds core strength, enhances body awareness, reduces the risk of injury by improving coordination, can alleviate stress, and positively impacts posture by strengthening muscles throughout the body. Cork mats and cotton towels will be provided, just bring your favorite water bottle and good vibes! Please arrive at 9:45am for a welcome circle and a pre-workout natural juice.
