Join us for a one-day yoga and mindfulness retreat at the stunning Beausoleil Farm in Middletown, Maryland led by master teacher Jesse Cassady. Jesse’s Grateful Yoga philosophy is rooted deeply in love, compassion, community, and perpetual growth, and this immersive day is designed to bring balance, renewal, and inspiration through mindful practices, meaningful conversations, and time in nature. We will all be blessed with a deeply nourishing experience! Schedule as follows:
10 AM
We begin with a welcoming circle and refreshments, setting the tone for connection and ease.
10:30 AM
A meditation invites stillness before flowing into an energizing yoga flow.
11 AM
Grateful Rhythm Flow — a holistic and dynamic blend of meditation, breath work, Vinyasa, Yang, Yin, restorative, Nidra, and Metta. All levels.
12:45 PM
A nourishing Lunch of locally sourced, regeneratively grown ingredients follows, offering time to replenish and connect.
2 PM
The afternoon unfolds with The Yoga of Plants — a plant foraging walk led by permaculturist Eric Joseph Lotus encouraging presence and reflection in the beauty of the land as we learn to identify the wealth of edible plants all around us.
3pm
Free time to cuddle with the baby goats and puppy, walk barefoot in the grass for grounding benefits, or enjoy the peaceful and healing Beausoleil Farm however you like.
3:45 PM
Grateful Deep Flow — An eyes closed and grounded Vinyasa. All levels.
5:15 PM
We’ll gather for another nourishing meal featuring foraged greens from our 2pm plant walk with Eric and a wine and mead tasting from our favorite local vintners Orchid Cellar, and we’ll share stories and laughter as the day winds down.
7 PM
Grateful Space — As the sun sets, we transition inward with a relaxing Yin Yoga practice. This is an opportunity to move, feel, and surrender into deep restoration. Followed by a campfire and closing ceremony.
This day is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and be fully present. Come as you are, and leave feeling nourished, inspired, and deeply connected—to yourself, to nature, and to a community of like-hearted souls.
