Schedule:
9:00 am Arrival and welcome ritual: immune support shot + grounding breathwork.
10:00 am Full body nerve glide + CoreSculpt Pilates (hot room in the studio).
11:30 am Brunch whole foods interactive with a quick "build-your-plate" mindful eating moment—guide on portioning for sustained energy,
1pm Down time (explore grounds. relax, or nap )
2 pm Simple Anti-Inflammatory Summer Smoothies/Bowls demo—using seasonal ingredients, tying into chronic pain reduction.
3 pm Flower arranging vs harvesting (outdoor depends on land and weather).
4:30 pm Body weight workout + full body stretch
6:00 pm Dinner whole foods.
7:00 pm Closing: quick group share/ gratitude circle.
